Sunny Edwards, earns a unanimous decision win against opponent Andres Campos; Edwards by and large fought on the back-foot, even leaning on the ropes for leverage whilst throwing counter punches in bunches.

Andres Campos was the aggressor; marching forward throwing power-punches against the more elusive Sunny Edwards, who was effectively countering Campos.

There were no knockdowns in this fight, as I expected; naturally, knockdowns or KOs occur less frequently in the lighter weight divisions (data on this can be sourced from BoxRec).

Finally, there have been talks for setting up a unification match between Sunny Edwards and Jesse Rodriguez (otherwise known as Bam by boxing pundits), this is a potential fight that will prove who is the best in the flyweight division.

I won’t make a prediction for this potential fight at the time of writing this article.
